After we visited Brighton, we wound through lush green countryside on skinny country roads, until we reached a cliff overlook, known by the locals as Beachy Head. Beachy Head was a dramatic vista. White cliffs drop almost straight down from unassuming and vibrantly green windy flatlands. The horizon line far out on the sea was a hazy and fuzzy blue.
Joining us was our two adopted daughters for the day:)
Cheers!
The grossest pedicure technique I have ever seen. Yes, those are fish, and they eat dead skin. Yes, this is for real!!!!
The carousel paint work was so intricate - every horse was perfect. You just don't see this kind of pristine detail any more.
Our new friends. We are on the pier and behind us is Brighton Beach.
Water joy:)
Beachy Head
And . . there's the crazy cliff!! Yes, Matthew was getting blown to pieces up there.
